What Happens When You Have Late Payments and Want a New Loan?
The latest customer question that came to this website caught my attention, I have decided to see if I can answer it. This question has to do with qualifying for a mortgage loan when you have had late payments on your mortgage in the past two years. Even though this question is from a different geographical area, I think it will probably concern people in the Eugene/Springfield, Lane County, Oregon also. I think this is especially relevant because there are a lot of people that are selling their homes and are late on them when they sell and may want to downsize in the future.
