What Hardware Stats Does My Computer Need To Run The New Games Properly?

I don’t want just the required, I want a bit more, so I can play without all the options tuned down to “Low”.
I’m asking about Video Card, Sound, Processor, RAM and anything else you find important.
I want the needed stats (like 128 MB in the Video Card) and the kind you recommend in Vid Card and processor.
By “new games” I mean: Brothers In Arms, Call Of Duty, Fallout 3 and the new NFS.
