Need Mortgage Advice?

I have a 8.35 % ARM adjustable mortgage through countrywide (evil company) with a 5 K prepayment penalty. The rate will adjust on March 2008.
Should I refinance now or wait ? Also which mortgage company should I go with thatis not that evil as countrywide
