First Time Soldier Home-buyer.?
Does anyone know of any organization that helps soldiers buy their first home with bad credit. I only need help coming up with 10% for downpayment because I had a bad credit past. The mortgage companies that I have went through keep telling me that my debt-to-income ratio is too high for VA. If I could get help with this, I wouldn’t be paying housing 2035 a month. I could use that to pay for my own home. Thank you for your advice in advance.
