Requirements For The Actual Home For A Va Loan?
Not wondering what the requirements are for the VA Loan itself, but what requirements of the Home in order for it to be qualified for a VA Loan.
I’ve heard the house needs a range (oven) as a minimum, but then was told by a LO that the VA no longer requires any appliances in the household.
So what is needed of the house itself in order to pass for a VA Loan?
