My Dad Is Applying For A Va Loan, He Is Older And If Something Were To Happen To Him, Va Loan Says I Can’t?
pay his loan off unless I am his spouse or a Co-Borrower, I don’t know if I should be a Co-Borrower b/c my Credit is Bad. Does that affect the loan? Also Va says that we can purchase a Mortgage life insurance but how much is that and do they ask alot of ?’s Please answer I need Advice! Thank you!!!!!
