Is There A Way To Use A Va Approaved Home Loan To Buy A Place That Needs Repairs?
I am using VA Approved Loan, 100% financing, in San Diego Ca. I want to purchase a place that is a good deal but has had the drywall removed and needs the repairs done, which I will be doing myself. Is this a possibility and if so how?
