I Need Help? Should We Buy A House In This Market If It Would Cost The Same As If We Rented An Apartment?
We are an engaged couple that is living with his parents, we get married in a little over a year. We want our own place. We found a place with land and room for kids that is great it needs a little work. To get the loan my grandma is co signing. We did alot of research, when we got home tonight his mom and uncle jumped down our thoarts about being a know it all and what not. She says she is worried about him and bla blah, it seems like she hates me she used to love me. I am confused if we can swing the payments shouldn’t we get the house. Please help we are both young and confused?
