I Have A Mortgage And A Home Equity Loan With 2 Diff. Banks. Im 4-5 Months Behind On The Mortgage And?
up to date on the equity loan($30,000). I have my house up for sale but I have the equity loan included and it makes the price higher and harder to sell. Is there a way I can talk to the bank and have them settle on a price for the equity? Then I can lower the price on my house and probably sell it???
