I Am Selling A Condo To A Person Who Is Getting A Va Loan, What Should I Watch Out For?

I am selling a condo to a person who is getting a VA Loan, what should I watch out for? I am very familiar with a conventional loan but this person has secured a VA Loan, what little gotchas if any are there associated with a VA loan?…thanks
