How Much Longer Until We Close On Our Home?! Usda Tax Credit?
We are buying a home we had an accepted offer about 2 1/2 weeks ago inspections have went through and we had the appraisal done Wed.. All paperwork on our part is done now its gone to the underwriter.. We have a USDA loan with 100 percent financing and I know USDA loans take longer then normal loans to finish the paper work.. So about how much longer until we are finished closing on our house? We are also first time home buyers so we want in on that tax credit.. do you think we will make it? I’m not that concerned because we already have part of the process finished and still have 30 days before the deadline but you still just never know! I want to move so bad I can’t stand it anymore!! I’m so excited..
