Have You (or Anyone You Know) Ever Taken Out A Bridging Loan?
If so, please can you tell me your experiences with it? Did it all go smoothly and you sold your house quite quickly after taking out the loan to buy the new place, or did it all go quite badly?
My boyfriend and I have been advised that we may need to take one out, as we need to relocate due to my boyfriend’s work and he’s only been given two more weeks to sell… we just want to know if it’s risky from real people, rather than listening to the sales pitches from companies!
