Has Anyone Used A Va Home Loan Lately?
How does it work? Do you go through a private mortgage seller, who then uses the home loan guarantee and the VA conditions, such as a low deposit? Or does the VA do the actual loan?
Has anyone done one lately … what are the rates like and what would the deposit be for a home like around 150k?
