Can You Rent Out Your Home And Buy Another When You Used Va Loan To Buy Your Home?

We would like to move out of our 3-story townhome in Raleigh and buy a single-family home in Wake Forest. We bought our townhome by VA loan. Can we rent this home out and still be able to buy another home by VA loan?
