It has been big news about the USDA Guarenteed Rural Housing Program running out of money. There are still funds available, but it is going fast!

Available for Purchase: $599,675,847
Avaialbe for Refinance: $80,706,927
Congress is working on allocating more money for this program. A bill that would do just that has passed the house. It passed very late last month. Most everyone is in hopes that the bill will continue through the rest of the process quickly.
