Mark your calendars for April 30th, 2010 as the last day to have your offer accepted on a home. You would then have 60 days to complete the transaction, June 30th, 2010, to remain eligible for the tax credit.

If you’re sitting on the fence folks, it’s time to jump off with both feet.
