There will be a Free First Time Home Buyer Seminar on October 24, 2009 from 10:00 AM till Noon and from 1:00 PM till 3:00 PM at Christiana Hilton Hotel in Newark, Delaware. The seminar will cover all the basics of buying a home. It will cover Delaware First Time Home Buyer Programs, Delaware FHA loans, Delaware VA loans, and Delaware USDA loans. Each participate will receive a free audio CD on Home Buying 101, Free Home Buying Handbook, and Free Credit Scoring Handbook. Each participate will also be able to meet one on one with a certified Mortgage planner to get pre-approved to buy a home and get a free copy of their credit report.
