Why you should stay local for your FHA Mortgage in Montgomery County, PA. Funny mortgage telemarketing call video below . . .
Yikes!!! Here is a perfect reason to stay local when you are looking to get an FHA mortgage in Harleysville or Montgomery County, Pennsylvania!!
I came across this gem of a mortgage telemarketing call today on YouTube. It is a long call but truly is unbelievable. Now, I’ve always known that attempting to make one of the most important decisions of your life over the Internet or telephone with a telemarketing clerk had it’s potential downsides but I never really had the opportunity to listen in on someone’s call with them. This really is fantastic!
A few things to consider while you listen to this call:
- Will you ever talk to this telemarketer after this phone call (would you even want to?!) to make sure that none of the information changed?
- Do you trust the information this person is telling the client?
- Does it sound like this telemarketer or the actual loan officer even know what they are talking about?
- Does it seem strange that they are making promises about future rates being lower?
- Will they be coming to the closing table to make sure everything is done correctly through the end?
- Do you think they care if they ever see or hear from you again?
It definitely pays to stay local! We at Innovative Mortgage Concepts have been serving local borrowers in the Harleysville and Montgomery County, PA area for years and we treat this as a profession. We will be at the closing table with you and we provide a higher level of customer satisfaction while giving you the most up to date, and accurate, information available to help you make informed decisions about your financing needs. All of this while providing extremely competitive rates!
I would be surprised to hear people getting loans via a telemarketer after they hear this call. Enjoy!!!

Jason, excellent call. I sure wouldn’t want him losing his momentum when working on my loan. LOL.
Thanks for the fun time and great advice.
