Mpls/St. Paul, MN 2009 FHA Loan Limits

The 2009 FHA Loan Limits in Minnesota have taken effect.  The new loan limit in the Metro Area is $318,550 for a single family residence.

Outside the Metro, the new maximum loan limits range from $271,050 to $282,900.
