Indiana FHA Loan Limits

There are some new Indiana FHA Loan Limits for 2009 and all counties but four remain virtually unchanged. The counties of Lake, Porter, Jasper and Newton (the Region) have come down a little from the 2008 increased limits while the rest of state will remain pretty much the same for 2009.

The Region (Lake, Porter, Jasper & Newton)

  • 1 Unit: $365,700
  • 2 Unit: $468,150
  • 3 Unit: $565,900
  • 4 Unit: $703,250

This area, as well as, LaPorte County is greatly affected by Chicago, with many parts of The Region being considered suburbs of Chicago.

The Rest of the State (everything outside of the Region)

  • 1 Unit: $271,050
  • 2 Unit: $347,000
  • 3 Unit: $419,400
